Chris Spirito

Chris Spirito brings a multitude of investment experience to long term lasting relationships with his clientele with a focus on Sales, Acquisitions and Leasing. Since joining Stafford Commercial in 2006, Chris has brokered hundreds of transactions in various property types including retail, office, and multifamily. As a former derivatives trader, and member of the CBOE and AMEX, Chris can offer tremendous insight to the value of a deal for landlords and tenants alike. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2002, Chris found himself as an associate at Marcus & Millichap. After three year’s tenure in their number one producing office, Chris had a clientele base and established a reputation as a diligent, professional agent that delivered results. Chris still currently resides in West Hollywood with his wife, Ingrid, and their two children Jack and Dylan.
