Christian Fegel

Christian is the first Philly Home Guy. He loves vintage trinity style homes, oak hardwood floors with walnut inlay, comfortable $10 socks and sharp #2 pencils. In 2017, he joined the team as their first full time guy realtor and immediately had to glow up his fashion game. Christian has quickly become a super fan of all of his colleagues and their uniquely supportive and collaborative natures.

As your real estate agent, Christian genuinely wants to help you find your dream house. His goal with every transaction is for his clients to get the best deal possible and have a great experience.

Christian comes to real estate sales after operating his own property management company which required quick communication, real world problem solving and a working knowledge of assessing condition issues and property values. This also means he know the best plumbers, electricians and contractors.

Son of a Salesman, Christian has moved all over the country. For the past 16 years, his roots have been in the East Passyunk neighborhood of South Philly where he lives with his wife (fellow PHG Allison Fegel) and newly minted 4th grader and Minecraft genius Oliver. A graduate of Downingtown HS, the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Journalism and Chestnut Hill College where he earned a Masters in Elementary Education. Prior to becoming the first Philly Home Guy, Christian worked as a Newspaper Reporter and an oyster shucker. He can also throw a mean frisbee.

Christians favorite things about Philly are the secret little places in each neighborhood; like the BioPond in West Philly, the Barbacoa in South Philly and sledding the bowl in Clark Park. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching his 9-year-old's soccer team, gardening in Capitolo Park and shopping for ripe avocados in the Italian Market vendor stalls.
