Christina Harp

Christina Harp, the Office Manager for the Town Center and Nocatee offices, plays a pivotal role in shaping the real estate landscape. With 17 years in the vibrant Jacksonville area, Christina focuses on agent recruitment, retention, and education for a growing team of over 40 agents.

She transitioned to Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty from a competing brokerage, and her business quickly doubled in size within six months of joining thanks to company-generated opportunities and in-house marketing support. Her true passion lies in mentoring and guiding fellow agents to achieve their business goals.

Before her real estate career, Christina devoted over a decade to early childhood education. Outside of work, she is a dedicated mother and wife and an active member of Creekside Christian Church. Christina and her husband, David, live in St. Johns and have two children, Haley and Andy, who are both pursuing their studies at the University of Florida.
