Cindy Kaneer

Cindy has been in commercial real estate for over 25 years working in both Property and Facilities Management where she has developed an extensive background in accounting and financial reporting. Her management experience includes high rise, office, industrial / flex warehouse, retail, associations, and raw land. Throughout the years, Cindy has been responsible for the oversight of construction and development projects, project management, lease negotiations, vendor and contract management, CAM reconciliations, and disaster recovery planning and implementation.
Cindy is a Past President of CREW Jacksonville, a past board member of IFMA, an active member of BOMA where she has earned both her RPA and FMA designations, a current IREM CPM candidate, and was a member of the CREW Network Audit Committee for four years. She is also a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor, and a licensed Florida CAM and a graduate of the NEFAR 2022 Leadership Academy.
