Claudia Sotolongo, MBA

Claudia Cruz Sotolongo was born in Cuba and immigrated with her family to the United States at the age of 6, she is proficient in English and Spanish. She earned her Bachelor’s from the University of Miami and went on to earn her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Hodges University in Naples, FL. Claudia enjoys helping her clients identify and fulfill their commercial real estate needs.

Claudia is a licensed REALTOR®, Commercial Associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial, and a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hodges University in Naples, FL. Claudia has over 18 years of combined experience in sales, business operations, organizational leadership, and education. She has represented tenants, landlords, investors, owner/users, and sellers in a myriad of commercial transactions. Claudia and her husband Saul have recently moved from the Marco Island/Naples area to the Sarasota area and look forward to continue servicing clients' commercial real estate needs in Sarasota and the surrounding areas. Their commercial real estate practice spans from east to west coast and from Marco Island to Tampa as well as the surrounding areas – they go where their clients’ needs take them.
