Colleen Flynn

Founder of Silver Line Homes and a Northern Virginia native, Colleen has been in Real Estate for over twelve years. A William and Mary and University of Virginia graduate, she started her Real Estate career in property management during the financial crisis of 2008 selling homes for a national bank. Colleen met Lauren Lies through a home staging project and admired Lauren’s decor and interior decorating. When Colleen met the DeRaedt Team several years ago, she knew Property Collective was a natural fit. First time home buyers and clients looking for more space are Colleen’s passion, and her goal is to make every purchase or sale as smooth as possible. Colleen enjoys home renovations and projects, and has a fondness for lighting, rugs, tile, and hardwood floor refinishing! Colleen can often be found spending time with her niece and nephews and exploring local parks in Reston with her golden retriever, Dublin.
