Dan is a Sales Associate at Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate. Before moving to Florida eight years ago, he practiced commercial real estate in Minneapolis, MN where he worked with clients for commercial, industrial, and investment real estate in both sales and leasing. When arriving in Florida, he quickly became a Top-20 agent for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Dan is a well-respected commercial real estate industry veteran, with over 35 years of experience, and has personally listed and/or completed sales, purchases, and leases in excess of $70 Million. Dan is a founder and past board member of a publicly traded bank, which specializes in commercial real estate. Dan now covers Pinellas County helping investors, owners, tenants, and landlords with all aspects of their commercial real estate needs. Dan received some positive press coverage when he closed a $7.056 million portfolio of 77 St. Petersburg homes in July 2019.
