Dan Pouladian

Dan Pouladian was raised in a Real Estate family owning a portfolio in Downtown Boston since 1978. Dan was privy in the understanding of the importance of owning and managing Real Estate investments. During his college years, he spent his spare time being a rental agent where he created relationships with many landlords while renting their apartments in Boston.

At 26 years old Dan created North Shore Realty Advisors during the Real Estate boom and quickly grew the company to 30 advisors who represented buyers, sellers and landlords. North Shore Realty Advisors rented over 900+ units year after year. Dan began to coach landlords in order for them to improve their holding and overall returns. Due to his drive to provide full service knowledge for his investors he learned the world of financing, 1031 exchanges and created overall portfolio strategies for his investors.

During Dan’s successful career he has executed over $750 Million dollars’ of real estate transactions. Today Dan is one of the top Investment Brokers on the North Shore specializing in multi-family, portfolio sales, mixed-used and 1031 exchanges with Investment transactions ranging from $2 million to $50 million. Today Dan clientele comprises of different types of investors ranging from individual investors to institutional investment groups.

Residing in Marblehead, Dan is the definition of a family man and when he is not executing transactions his time is spent coaching kids sports, traveling, reading , excursions and donating/supporting to his many causes. His family is committed to helping the community where he works and lives in order to make a difference. Some of his causes are Jewish communities throughout the North Shore, Landmark School in Prides Crossing, MA and NorthEast Arc.
