Daniel was born in Pennsylvania, lived in Colorado and California and now Central Pennsylvania. He knows the details and demographics of our area -- very well. Daniel Is both a California Real Estate Broker and a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker.
Having bought and sold real estate since the early 80s, he has developed a broad knowledge of buyers and sellers needs, and is well prepared to competently serve his clients. Daniel continues to write and publish papers that are relevant and important for his Real Estate clients.

Daniel has a degree in Electrical Engineering (Pennsylvania State University) and has also completed graduate studies in Computer Science (UC Berkeley) and in Marketing (UC Colorado Springs). His technical skills are the basis for the broad computer and internet services available in his office which are designed to best support the needs of his clients
Daniel believes in, activities that benefit his community. He has been chairman of the Sister City Program in Colorado, participates in the Pennsylvania Adopt-a Highway program (Highland Park Road), and had been active in the Sierra Club and the Seaman's National Power Squadron.
His technical background allows him to claim to have one of the highest tech offices in the country — which he designed to best serve his clients in marketing their products. His office is one of just a few with the designation of Internet Marketing Specialists.
