Zach Dickson My now wife and I (then fiance) had a hard time trying to navigate the real estate market on our own. Once we got hooked up with Derek, the process became more fluid and less stressful. He is both professional and personable, which was a vast improvement over the other real estate agents we'd contemplated using. The house we ended up with has been great to us and his involvement with the Homes for Heroes program helped us out a whole lot at closing. I recommend Derek Taylor to anyone who is currently looking for a house." 02/10/2014Derek Taylor"Tireless, forthright, honest and dedicated to his client. According to NAR code of ethics, If a seller's agent has their client's permission and if asked directly if there are other offers, the agent must disclose the existence of other offers being careful not to give any additional information that might tip the scales in the buyer's favor for negotiations. Article 1 and it's Standards of Practice. "REALTORS®, in response to inquiries from buyers or cooperating brokers shall, with the sellers' approval, divulge the existence of offers on the property." So members of NAR have a higher bar ethically than non REALTOR® members.Answered: Mar 13, 2014Lease terms are negotiable, and will vary for each lease. Were you thinking about a specific property?
