Drew Bonjean

Drew is a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Broker at Caspian Group. Originally from Lakeville, MN, he holds a degree in Finance from Iowa State University. Growing up around the industry, he always had an interest in Real Estate. He had a short stint in a sales position after graduation, but it didn’t take long for him to make switch to his passion, real estate.

Drew specializes in helping Landlords and Tenant in a number of different ways; from add value to properties through leasing to utilizing the personal relationships he has built over his time in the industry. In addition, He has a passion for continuous development and is always looking to learn something new. Outside of work, he is an athletics aficionado, from golf, to wake surfing, to working out at the gym, there is no sport Drew hasn’t taken part in.
