Beth Bresciani has been involved in selling Manhattan real estate for more than 15 years. As a lifelong Manhattan resident, she has seen the evolution of the city’s real estate market. Working with her customers, she brings integrity, her knowledge of the market, and negotiating skills to each deal. She enjoys working with her customers and seeing their satisfaction at the end of the deal.
Whether a customer wishes to purchase or sell their home, Beth works directly with them to build a relationship to understand their needs and make sure those needs are met through the entire transaction process. She enjoys working with her buyers to find them their new home. She handles the sale of apartments with professionalism and has the ability to bring transactions to a smooth and successful conclusion. It is her knowledge and skills developed over years, and her dedication to the needs of her customers, that make her a good broker. She likes to stay in touch with her clients, even after transactions are completed, to keep them up-to-date on the market and to provide assistance with any future needs.
Prior to selling real estate, as a former Vice President at a major New York Bank, Beth financed the construction of residential condominiums in the city as well as numerous conversions of rental buildings to cooperative or condominium ownership. In this position, she was responsible for building strong client relationships. It was her expertise in market valuation, negotiating and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail which enabled her to provide the best possible service to her customers.
In addition, Beth has provided consulting services for companies in the real estate industry. She also has a background in computers and uses current technology and media as a tool for her clients who are purchasing or selling an apartment.
Beth is a Graduate of Georgian Court College and received a Masters in Business Administration from New York University. She is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
