Eric was great!!! I met him at an open house while early in my buying journey. We talked and instantly felt at ease and struck up comfortable conversation. After he became my realtor, he quickly learned what I wanted in a house and worked diligently to find a home in my budget. We built a great rapport that made the experience fun and enjoyable. As a first time buyer, I had many questions, some of them random and weird, but Eric answered them with ease and clarity. When I found a house I liked Eric explained the actual process of buying a home and gave advice and options that gave me an advantage when submitting offers to sellers. I felt that overall, he wasn't just trying to find me a great home but make sure that I could afford to stay in my home for a long time. I overwhelmingly recommend Eric and when it comes time for me to buy again, I am definitely going to back to Eric.

My experience with Eric was 10/10. He was personal and professional. He took the time to understand his client and worked hard to help us find what we wanted. As first time buyers, purchasing a house was like being in a foreign country and not knowing the language. Eric was our translator and guide. At every step of the way, I was confident in the information he provided and advice he gave. He was honest and upfront and answered all questions. Communication was excellent as we knew what was happening during the entire process. When sellers went quiet, Eric was honest instead of stringing us along. If we had questions about the house, Eric found us those answers and gave his honest opinion when he couldn't. Having Eric as our realtor truly made the experience fun and the house we received a perfect gift.

With his friendly and easy-going demeanor, he makes the burdensome task of purchasing a home easy; while being a bull when negotiating a deal! Couldn't have asked for a better first home buying experience. I met Eric at an open house and quickly developed a good rapport. From that day on, he went far above and beyond with regards to timely communication, following through right away with things he said he was going to check on or ask about for me, taking extra time to put together organized plans for viewing multiple homes on several occasions, and being more than happy to break down confusing parts of the process in a way that was very easy to understand for someone new to this.

Eric took the time upfront and throughout the whole process to understand what I was wanting in a home. During each of our showings, he gathered new information on what I like and didn't like, and used that to help tailor our searches. The entire time, it has been clear that he genuinely cares about helping me find the right home and that has made this process really enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured to make decisions at any point. Many of the things I was stressed about before even beginning to look at homes, he took the time to either draw out for me or explain in good detail so it felt comfortable. Would absolutely work with him again in the future when the time comes to find my next home.
