Erin is a standout in the world of real estate agents. She remains calm, which is a blessing during those sleepless nights of a purchase. She absolutely knows her stuff. Excellent understanding of Philadelphia and its environs. Erin can tell you block by block what neighborhoods will work for you and why. She’s also great with the administrative details of a real estate transaction. Very smart, funny, cool and sensitive. And patient! Just the sort of person you want in your corner.

Erin is a masterful real estate agent. To begin with, she is an attentive listener. She draws you out on what you are looking for, and hears what you are saying even between the lines. In a way, she knows better than you do what you are looking for. She offers options and ideas you may not have thought of, and is somehow both realistic and creative about your budget, goals, and timeline. She totally gets how emotional real estate is and is a steady hand throughout the process. She puts in tons of time and energy to your search, much of it behind the scenes; she does not push into your life but is constantly working in the background. She sees all aspects of a property -- from the social life of the block to the resale value down the line. She is an expert at helping you get the most out of your budget and finding wiggle room in contracts. She is a lifelong city person, having lived in Philly, New York, and Chicago, so she really understands cosmopolitan city life. Including the need to get out of town once in a while -- she's great with weekend houses too! She is also smart, sweet, and a pleasure to get to know.

I moved to Philadelphia last year from New York and because I was unable to travel here frequently, I searched for a realtor and ended up connecting with Erin. I immediately had a sense that she would be a great fit for me, and I was not wrong! She became my “eyes, ”not only to find a great place to live but also provided me with her wealth of knowledge about the Philadelphia area. There are many ups and downs when purchasing a home, but I could not have asked for anyone else during this process! She is calm, she is smart, she knows the industry, and has an amazing team behind her. I cannot stress how helpful and amazing Erin is! My interest was in using a historical property as a headquarters for a small 92 year old NYC foundation interested in potentially relocating to center city. Erin went out of her away advising me about the pitfalls involved with some of the complicated issues involved in such transaction.

It was a big and very exciting transition from suburbs back into the city that I love and Erin Knight helped us make that happen with style, efficiency and her knowledge of the city. She helped us narrow in on what we wanted both by showing us houses and condos on line, visiting many in person and guiding our discussion until we figured it out. We love our condo in the Western Union Building. I told my friends about Erin and know with Erin’s help they were equally successful finding that perfect spot for them. Absolutely my go-to-realtor.
