Woody Guthrie sang, “This land was made for you and me.” No doubt, Woody was standing in Round Top, Texas!”
Frank is a native Houstonian but from age four, his weekends and summers were spent at the Round Top family farm. His real estate career began when he joined his parents in the family business in 2002. His extensive knowledge of Round Top and the surrounding communities makes him your “go-to” realtor for the area’s history.
Specializing in farm and ranch and country investment properties, Frank has the expertise to guide his clients in all phases of land, water and wildlife management; 1031 exchange purchases; and agricultural and wildlife tax exemptions.
The experience Frank brings to the table is matched by his commitment to his clients, a relationship that begins with that first introduction. He understands that clients are unique as is their wish lists for the perfect property.
Taking an active role in one’s community development is important to Frank. He is currently serving a second term as an Alderman on the Round Top Town Council and is a past President of the Round Top Chamber of Commerce. In addition to his real estate career, Frank is passionate about music. As a member of Round Top’s classic rock band, Black Cat Choir, you’ll find him entertaining most every weekend in Round Top, Austin or Houston. And if Frank isn’t selling real estate or playing music, you’ll find him at the water’s edge with rod in hand in hopes of finding that elusive fish.
