Our experience with Fred an Linda was outstanding. We were only in town for a weekend and needed to have a purchase and close within 40 days. They showed us several homes in the area we requested as well as other areas they knew would fit our needs. We had all of our questions answered the same day through the process and when we found another listing we wanted to see at the last minute they made that happen. The home we made an offer on was sold to someone else. They took it upon themselves to call the listing agent on the second home (which we loved but there were so many people at the open house we did not think it was possible) and found out that we could make an offer and it was accepted that same day. Could not have had a better experience.

Fred and Linda helped us sell our home in Queen Creek and helped us find our new home in Glendale. Fred and Linda worked tirelessly to get our home sold. They were excellent in marketing our home until we received an offer and took us out looking at several houses until we found the one we liked. I highly recommend them to sell your home.

Fred and Linda are quite a team! They guided me through each step of the process. They worked around by busy schedule, communicated and explained each item/task I was needing to do or accomplish, and checked in with me throughout giving me gentle reminders as I needed them. As a busy professional this was priceless. They went above and beyond to meet my needs every step of the way! These two have a heart of hold and truly love what they do. They are knowledgeable and so good at explaining things. This was extremely helpful! I highly recommend this amazing, hard working, caring team! We met Fred and Linda at an open house they hosted when we were looking for our home. We were impressed by how passionate they are in their profession. We contracted with them when we purchased our home and subsequently when our daughter purchased hers. They are very professional and respond to questions and concerns promptly. They listened to our needs and wants in a home and went out of their way to show us homes that met our criteria. We would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
