Garrett Greco

A multi-generational Floridian and born in Tampa, Garrett is a local market expert. He graduated Florida State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science, with concentrations in Economics and Political Science and a Minor in General Business. While in college, Garrett obtained his Real Estate License. After college, Garrett became the youngest broker associate at his company and soon after, founded Greco Real Estate. As the Principal Broker of Greco Real Estate, Garrett has represented numerous multi-million-dollar residential properties. As a real estate investor, he has achieved success in developing commercial and residential property, managed tenants in cash-flowing assets, and attainted abundant returns for investors.
