Geri Spira has been a Real Estate Agent for over 30 years with vast experience in residential sales and leasing, as well, as an Independent Broker and Notary. Geri's eye for detail and aesthetics, combined with her marketing and negotiating skills, are positive assets for her clients, whether first time buyers, experienced investors or clients looking to lease. Geri has in-depth knowledge and expertise in handling new construction as well as condominium conversions representing numerous projects and an expert in all technical aspects of this type of work. During her work in the Real Estate industry, she has sold estates and a wide range of luxury properties, as well as being involved in volunteer positions, to board member of Malibu Global Awareness in support of Doctors Without Borders. Geri competed in tennis on a national level and enjoys her involvement as Chairman of a book group.
