We decided to hire Ann Howell based on her past excellent history and knowledge of the real estate market. Ann exceeded our expectations. Ann is and was always courteous, professional and knew the existing market very well. We have referred Ann to several friends who were also pleased with her work for them. We would not hesitate to hire Ann again.Donald BlockWe began working with Ann even before selling our home in Phoenix. She is very knowledgeable about the Prescott area and initially assisted us to identify areas that would meet our stated needs. Once our Phoenix property sold, she helped us find a suitable lease property since the sale was within a month and we needed to relocate and get resettled ASAP. Ann patiently waited until we were ready to purchase and then worked with us for many months until we found our "Perfect" home. Needless to say we are very picky buyers and wanted certain home features and floor plan along with an affordable price. During this time she showed us dozens of properties learning more with each one about our likes and dislikes. She never got discouraged, did not push and really cared about meeting our needs. Once we found the house we wanted, Ann's expertise in negotiation kicked in and we got the home at a great price. We would not hesitate to recommend Ann to any respective client. She is a good listener, patient, dependable and has proven she will assist throughout the entire process.Gail and KathyWe met Ann back in October 2010. She had helped a friend of my sisters buy a home and came highly recommended. We contacted Ann and immediately started looking to see what was available. We had a week and didn't find anything we liked. Ann set up a listing on the internet that we could look at on a daily basis, from Florida, to get ideas on the available homes so she could get an idea what we were looking for. We moved to Prescott Valley and rented a home in November 2010. As we looked at homes we narrowed down the location of the homes that were in the right neighborhoods. Ann never showed any discouragement with our continually not liking what we saw, or I would like one house and my wife didn't and the other way around. We had special needs and finally found the right home. Thank you Ann!!David BrianAnn was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She made the process of selling and buying a home easy and pleasant. She has an excellent support staff and we appreciate how they went the extra mile for us. We would highly recommend her team for anyone looking for a terrific real estate agent!Vicki JohnsonI would highly recommend Ann and her team for any Real Estate Transaction. She was an incredible help in getting my Pronghorn Ranch Home sold. With her marketing plan, we were able to get an offer and successfully negotiate the sale within 3 days of it being active on the MLS. Ann has also kept in touch with me over the past year. Ann was referred to me by an Agent in the Phoenix market who knew that she would be able to get my house sold.Scott Bruning

Once the listing is up on the MLS, you will find that it syndicates out to a multitude of sites, including this site.Answered: May 5, 2013In answer to: How can I specify homes that have NO carpeting? The best way to search for a home with no carpeting is to contact a Prescott Valley buyer agent. We have the ability through our mls system to exclude carpeting from a search that can be specifically set up to meet your needs.Answered: Jan 18, 2012Crystal, What are your goals in buying a home? Limiting yourself to homes that have a lease option is not always the best route. First, rarely are you going to get a credit back for your lease as the lease payments usually just cover the owner's expenses and you are locking yourself into a market price at the time of the lease - once the option to buy is executable, the market price has changed and the transaction falls apart. I would recommend that find a great rental to hold you over until you are ready to buy, contact a loan officer and begin preparing to buy, and when you are ready, you can choose from a multitude of homes. Yes, it does mean moving twice, but in the long run, you stand a better chance of purchasing just the right home to meet your goals and budget. If you have money to put down, and just not quite the right credit, you may want to consider an owner carry. Contact a buyer's agent to help you put a plan together for an optimum purchase for your circumstances.Answered: Apr 10, 2011Gil I was listening to the radio yesterday and thought about your questions. Here is a great website that you may find helpful. http://www.credit.com/ You may also want to talk to a local Real Estate Agent about an "owner will carry" purchase of a home. The type of interest rate you can get on such a home will, most likely be higher than market rates, but with a foreclosure on your record, you will be paying high rates on any credit you manage to get. Again - work with the professionals - contacting your loan officer for guidance is your best route! They can help you find ways to build your credit more quickly. Stay on top of what you do financially with any credit and be patient! Renting may actually be your best option for now.Answered: Apr 10, 2011In answer to: How can I list my FOR SALE BY OWNER house in Warren, MI?My question to you is: Why would you list your home FSBO anywhere? Statistics indicate that homes that are sold by Realtors realize an average selling price of 16% higher than FSBO's. With up to 90% of buyers beginning their search for real estate on the internet, why not take advantage of the syndication power of listings available to Realtors. Why not take advantage of the protection to you that a Realtor can provide in a Transaction. Staging your home and pricing it realistically and employing a good listing agent is your best option for selling your home quickly. Today's buyers are sophisticated - you will not fool them into paying above market prices. Buyers's will most likely be looking under the guidance of a Realtor - why not entice these buyer's agents by giving them quick access to your home on the MLS. My best wishes to you in the sale of your home: I recommend using the power of a Realtor lead sale, rather than FSBO.Answered: Apr 8, 2011Gil, The best thing to do is to begin working hand and hand with a loan officer in your community to put a plan together so that you can qualify as soon as possible. Establishing this relationship will also put you in the mind of the loan officers so that he/she can keep you abreast of any changes to the rules that may come up. If you have worked with someone in the past that you are pleased with - get in touch with them. You may want to get recommendation from a realtor that you have worked with or from family and friendsw.Answered: Mar 5, 2011www.journeyazrealestate.com Journey Real Estate - Amy Henwood 928.776.8464 www.Rentals.com www.Prescottrent.com www.realtor.com www.Trulia.com www.craigslist.com (watch out for scams here) Here is the link for the Prescott Courier Ads: http://prescottaz.com/main.asp?SectionID=7&SubSectionID=792&BrowseClass=1&Category=501 http://www.werentprescott.com/Rental_Properties/page_1727071.html - This is Kris Nelson of West USA - [you need to scroll down on her page - so don't get confused] www.tntprescott.com TNT Management www.ppmprescott.com Pierce Property Management www.ram-enterprises.com Ram Management Central Highlands - Brenda Heath http://chrepmg.com/id59.htmlAnswered: Mar 5, 2011Here are some great resources for finding rentals in the Prescott Area:www.journeyazrealestate.com Journey Real Estate - Amy Henwood 928.776.8464 www.Rentals.com www.Prescottrent.com www.realtor.com www.Trulia.com www.craigslist.com (watch out for scams here) Here is the link for the Prescott Courier Ads: http://prescottaz.com/main.asp?SectionID=7&SubSectionID=792&BrowseClass=1&Category=501 http://www.werentprescott.com/Rental_Properties/page_1727071.html - This is Kris Nelson of West USA - [you need to scroll down on her page - so don't get confused] www.tntprescott.com TNT Management www.ppmprescott.com Pierce Property Management www.ram-enterprises.com Ram Management Central Highlands - Brenda Heath http://chrepmg.com/id59.htmlAnswered: Mar 4, 2011Hmm - the reasons could be a variety. If you are looking to purchase a home similiar to this, in Sedona, I recommend that you contact a buyer's agent to assist you in your search. This can save you a great deal of time and help you pinpoint just the right home to meet your goals.Answered: Feb 16, 2011Robert, the best place to start when puchasing any home is to meet with a loan officer to discuss your financial situation and goals in buying a home. In the Prescott Area, you may want to contact Heidi Hallet of Wells Fargo Bank at 928-778-7665 or Sandi Collette at Suburban Mortgage 928-710-6329 or Leanne Hughey-Martinez at Country Bank 928-443-8515. Any of them can pre-qualify you and help your get started on the process. Then, with your buyer's agent, you are ready to choose just the right home and start prospering toward your goals.Answered: Feb 11, 2011The home has been taken off of the market - it shows that it is temporary however so it may be coming back. There are great programs now for first time buyers (and others) to purchase a home with less than 20% down. You may want to ask your mortgage broker about FHA, or if you are a veteran, VA homes. I would recommend that you find a good buyer's agent to help get you connnected with a good loan officer and to support you in the buying process. Homes.com is a great place to find a good Agent.Answered: Feb 10, 2011Now that this question has been brought back, I did want to add that a good buyer's agent will help you connect with a loan officer that can help you become pre-qualified for a home purchase. This really is the first step to buying any home. You will want to know what your budget is before beginning your search. I hope that you are making progress in your home search.Answered: Jan 17, 2011In answer to: what is the altitude in prescott valley???The Prescott Valley Altitude is around 5015 feet in elevation. You can check any location on this website: http://veloroutes.org/elevation/?location=Prescott VAlley AZ&units=e You can even put in an address! If you ever need this link again, you can always find it on my Website www.prosperaz.com under the Prescott tab.Answered: Sep 30, 2010As my collegues have mentioned below . . . the answer to your question is YES! The benefit there are other advantages to working with a buyer's agent as well. Your agent can help you target the type of home that you are looking for and narrow down your search to those that will match your goals and needs. Often times, an experienced agent will be able to help you uncover additional areas and property that you may not find for yourself. Once you choose which Realtor will work best for you, communication between you and your agent is critical and loyalty to the agent is important.Answered: Jul 25, 2010In answer to: 2688 Solar View: what year was the home built? This home was built in 2006.
