Jason Villani

Growing up in Huntington Beach, Jason has always been drawn to the beach and the ocean and to this day remains one of his all-time favorite places. As a child, he loved heading down to the beach with his family where we would spend all day surfing and enjoying the sun. His family owns a local residential construction company and growing up in the business, he learned the true meaning of a great work ethic and attribute his drive to be a great Realtor from the lessons he learned working construction. When he says he is a true HB native, he means it- he met his wife Marissa at Sowers Middle School. They ended up dating at Edison High School and in college, but it was not until after college they really got serious. He guesses you can call them middle school/high school/college sweethearts. They currently reside in Huntington Beach with their dog Parker, where they enjoy everything from lunch at Massimo’s Pizza, golfing at all the local courses, to sunset bonfires at Magnolia Street. Selling homes has become a passion of his and the most important thing to him is to make sure his clients get the outcome they desire.
