JC helped my husband and I find the house of our dreams. She was so amazing to work with and definitely knew her craft. JC went above and beyond to do everything she could to make sure the houses she was showing us had everything that we were looking for. If a house didn't include everything on our checklist she didn't even bother to show us at all. I would recommend JC to everyone of my friends and family.Carole-anne Manko"JC is so friendly and never stops answering your questions even after the sale is over", Dominick Miserandino, through Facebook, March 2017.Jc Bonner"JC is phenomenal and will do all she can to get you into your dream home", Julianna Poirer, through Facebook march, 2017Jc Bonner

To start, get yourself a buyer agent to represent you and help present your offers.Answered: Apr 5, 2017Are you looking at a listing here on homes? if so there should be agents listed on the page that you can click on to request information about the home with a phone numberAnswered: Apr 5, 2017Sometimes the seller asks that pictures of certain rooms not be taken for privacy concerns, other times it is because the seller and agent want you to come see the home in person. Sometimes no matter how many pictures you see, or how good they are, in person things look different. If you are working with a realtor and want to see more pictures of a home because you prefer that than going to view in person, you can always ask. Your realtor could call and make the request on your behalf and perhaps you may get to see more pictures that way.Answered: Apr 5, 2017You need to speak with a good licensed mortgage broker who can access the situation and let you know what you need to do an what you can be qualified for, if you don't have one yet, I can recommend several good ones on the Island for you. That has to be your first step. Also speak to an elder attorney about your mothers sale as well, I have personally sold my mothers home and if you wish to get her on Medicaid or other state Aid there are many things you need to do correctly in order to make sure you can.Answered: Apr 5, 2017Yes, most people think you always need 20% down, that just isnt the case anymore. If you have chosen a realtor ask them to recommend a good mortgage lender you can meet with and get a pre-approval, so you know exactly what you have to work with!Answered: Apr 5, 2017Foreclosures can be tricky. Hopefully you are working with an agent you trust and like or you can search for one in your area that specializes in foreclosures, many agents to and that is probably your best route.Answered: Apr 5, 2017Have you tried writing a personal letter to the seller about why you loved their home? I have seen many buyers do this and the personal touch put them over the top in the bidding war.
