Jean Che

Jean grew up in the community of Highland Park, Los Angeles. His family moved to Long Beach when he was 5. Through his high school years, Jean would work summers in his family’s machining business manufacturing aerospace parts. After high school he decided to work in the family business full time. He first started off in the shop as a floor worker and eventually worked himself all the way up to eventually become general manager of the business. While working in the family business Jean, decided to take a chance and invest in his first property. With great financial success, Jean decided to leave after 12 years of working in the family business. Since then, Jean has dedicated his focus to real estate and investing. He has now founded The Che Group and the URBAN|8 Real Estate Group. Today, Jean’s primary mission has been to help people build wealth and to share his knowledge in real estate investing. In his spare time, Jean enjoys traveling with his family, fishing and playing sports. Jean’s biggest dream is to one day build a perfect city.
