About Jenny
Buying or selling a property is often the single largest financial transaction and decision in a person’s life so I take the responsibility of representing my clients very seriously. In addition to being an expert negotiator and experienced Real Estate Agent, I have a vast knowledge and experience in construction—from managing the construction of high end luxury homes to swimming pool design/construction.
Over the course of my career, I have been submerged in multiple aspects of Real Estate, including land acquisition and construction contract negotiation. Having grown up with a father who was a property developer and a mother in the interior design industry, the desire to represent and guide people in their Real Estate transactions was a natural fit.
After extensive research into the housing market 25 years ago, at the age of 20, I closed on the purchase of my first property. Four years later I personally marketed and sold that same property at a top price and I have been hooked ever since! I still have that same drive and focus to be the best, to do the right thing, and be a fearless advocate for every client I serve.
While I am experienced in transactions involving multi-million dollar properties and developments, I do not limit myself to any one geographical area or price point and enjoy working with all walks of life, no matter where they are in the buying or selling process. I consistently work to build trust, to educate, to make sure every transaction goes smoothly while providing world-class service along the way. My goal is always to build lifelong relationships with those I serve.
There are so many aspects of a transaction, more than requiring just technical and legal expertise. I put great emphasis on managing the emotional needs of my clients throughout the process. I come armed with a great team in order to provide all the resources necessary when buying or selling, taking one less stress off of their shoulders.
