Jeremy Malensky

Focusing on development and investment, Jeremy Malensky possesses a passion for real estate which propelled him to start his own company, CKE Properties. As a real estate developer and investor, Jeremy has been in the forefront of some of the most significant land transactions and developments in St. Charles County over the past 15 years. However, Jeremy is known for much more than his business acumen; he consistently makes time to give back to the community, attend local government meetings and build solid relationships with leaders and clients.

He is intense, committed, and always ready for a challenge, perhaps a reflection of his five-year stint in the U.S. Marine Corps. After obtaining his CCIM designation at the early age of 25, Jeremy began partnering with landowners and investors in the startup of new businesses in Missouri. In Jeremy’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children and anything that involves the outdoors.
