If I'm being totally honest Jessica has to be one of thee most helpful, informative, and knowledgeable real estate agents I have ever dealt with. Her attention to detail and punctuality is truly second to none. I honestly don't know when she even sleeps this woman is a machine and will definitely find you the home you are looking for no matter what your budget is which I also really respect because there are a lot of agents that prefer to only work with high end clientele but not her. She deals with the rich and famous to average American blue collar family. Not only do you feel like your getting VIP treatment as her client but she also makes you feel like a long time friend. With her extensive knowledge of the market and very informative and fun social media updates ( a must follow) you instantly know your in the right hands. She really jumped through some hoops to help me and my wife buy our first house in this tough market and we are forever going to be grateful for all her help. She is the one and only agent I will ever use and ever refer anyone too.

A friend/neighbor highly recommended Jessica Donigan with Willis Allen real-estate to assist with the sale of my mother’s home. From our very first meeting with Jessica, her expertise and professionalism relating to the real-estate market was clearly evident. She was also very personable and friendly. Over several meetings Jessica assisted and advised us in preparing the house for sale. She was always able to answer any and all questions we had about the sale of the home quickly and precisely.
Jessica explained, in detail, the current state of the market which allowed us to make an informed decision how to list the house on the market to achieve the most beneficial results and sale possible. She always made herself available to us, day and night to answer any questions which came up. Once the house went on the market, Jessica kept us up to date and informed during every step of the sale process until the house was sold and the sale finalized.

Our position was a very unique and challenging situation regarding the sale of our family home. Under the circumstances we thought we would not be able to find someone who could help us with this uniquely daunting and overwhelming task. A close friend highly recommended Jessica to us. My wife and I recently purchased a home from Jessica in La Jolla. As it was an older home there were additional inspections and research needed for us to be confident that this was the home for us. Not only did she exhibit extreme patience with us, she was more than helpful in giving us referrals for qualified skilled people to help us make a good decision. Not only that, but she scheduled these inspections immediately and made sure she was there to greet them. Jessica is detailed oriented, personable and her word is trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica to anyone.
