After retiring from the Navy, Jessie worked for the Federal Government in the Chicago, Illinois area until her husband also retired from the Navy. After his retirement, they settled in the Pensacola area where Jessie attained her associate degree in Culinary Management while working as a banquet and pastry chef. Jessie and her family moved to Jacksonville in 2008, where she took a position as a food service supervisor while furthering her education and eventually receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resource from Florida Institute of Technology. In 2012, the company she worked for downsized and Jessie found herself unemployed along with extra time on her hands. After enrolling in the Watson Realty Corp real estate course and taking the state’s licensing test, Jessie became a licensed REALTOR® in May 2012. In August 2016, Jessie became a licensed Real Estate Broker and a licensed Real Estate Instructor.
