I've known Jim Weingarten as a real estate professional for over 15 years, in New York & Miami. In Manhattan, he was rated highly by my friends and associates for his keen real estate abilities. Later when I moved to Miami Beach, I experienced his professional expertise firsthand.

In 2002, 14 years ago I bought an apartment on Belle Isle in Miami Beach, one of the beautiful Venetian Islands near South Beach. Last year, to help with my future retirement, I sold my condo at a major profit. My husband, John, a UK citizen, and I then asked Jim to find us another apartment on the Beach. (We spend 6 months a year in UK; 6 months in US.)

Jim found 10 apartments for us to look at. All met our needs ​.​ They also included all we could ask for in amenities, views and facilities. Turned out we chose one of the apartments we saw on our very first day. We moved in shortly thereafter, and have been living there very comfortably ever since. A happy ending.

I recommend Jim highly. His knowledge of Miami and his sensitivity to the specific needs of his clients are hard to find in this business.
