I have lived in Virginia Beach for nearly 30 years after returning from seven years in Northern Virginia. Finding a career in real estate is a path I started in my early teens. My mother and stepfather worked with a builder from the time she was young.

When my daughter left to attend college, she decided to get a real estate license at the urging of several agents she had worked with over the years. Thus begun my path to a business she is quite passionate about. Working with Mike Gingerich over the past eight years has been a growing and learning process. We began working together while Mike was building mid-level homes in Suffolk, Virginia. From there, we moved to a concentration on custom homes in Hampton Roads premier communities: Edinburgh and Edinburgh Meadows in Chesapeake, Nansemond River Estates and the Creeks of Nansemond River in Suffolk, and North Shore at Ridgely Manor in Virginia Beach.
