Joanne Colino

Joanne is a life-long resident of Northwest Philadelphia. She is in her 39th year listing and selling real estate, with sales at $9.2 million in 2016. She received the individual Top Producer award at Elfant Wissahickon Realtors Chestnut Hill office in 2014, 2015, and 2016 (top transactions and volume). She is a Diamond Award winner with the Greater Philadelphia Board of Realtors, servicing Mt. Airy, Chestnut Hill, Germantown, East Falls, Manayunk, Roxborough, Center City and Eastern Montgomery County. Joanne graduated from the former Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science with a degree in Business.
