Sondra, The dockage of $3.50 per foot per month includes water and electric and can accomodate a boat up to 50'. Assuming a boat which is 20' then the dockage would be $70 per month. Dockage is upon availability. The Pilot house just completed a building renovation and it's location is very desirable (just South of Commercial Blvd.) with great Intracoastal views and located between the Fort Lauderdale/Port Everglades inlet and the Lighthouse Point inlet.
