A Midwesterner who chased the muse to Los Angeles, Jay Kilgore quickly realized he had missed the mark by about 15 miles when he found love on a mountaintop in Topanga. In the intervening years he and his life partner (local legend Lexi Pearl) obtained their first home in mid-city LA, refinanced, placed a renter, sold, and traded up in extremely competitive markets, all while Jay held down two jobs in the high-end hospitality industry of Beverly Hills. He prides himself on knowing what it takes to earn your business, negotiate fiercely on your behalf, and provide the lasting welcome Topanga has shown him.
