Judd Fenlon is co-founder and partner of Grand Real Estate Advisors. Previously, Judd spent ten years working on acquisition, development and leasing projects for Wellington Management, Inc. Judd was responsible for all aspects of the transaction process: site selection, marketing, strategic planning, financing, design and construction. He has experience in a range of projects including multi-family housing, office and retail projects around the Twin Cities. A number of Judd’s real estate projects have been recognized for professional and industry awards including the Minnesota Business Journal Best in Real Estate for the Penn Lowry Crossing development, The Lake Street Council’s Business Achievement Award for the Hi- Lake Shopping Center redevelopment and University United’s Best Mixed-Use project for the Metro Lofts development.
