We were a bit skeptical at first only since the APR rates are so high but Karine and her team made this process SOOO easy and got us the lowest APR available and did ALL the legwork with our ever changing “wants” of our first home. She is not pushy and makes time for you for any question no matter how basic it is; it feels like she is family and not out to get your money! When I retire from the military in a few years I will be contacting her again to help us purchase our second home for retirement and then rent out this beautiful San Diego home. Look no further, Karine is the “let’s get this done” you have been searching for 💯. 11 out of 10 would recommend!

Karine is the hardest working realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She represented my clients in an incredibly challenging probate sale of two highly challenging properties in EXTREMELY challenging circumstances. I mean, no other realtor would have taken these sales. She went above and beyond, doing far more work than I've ever seen done in my 20 years of practicing law. She even did work to assist my case that was not at all in her job description, 7 days a week, at all hours of the day. Anyone who hires her would be lucky to have her on their side. Wonderful Realtor! She goes above and beyond to find you the perfect home. I was a difficult client, in that I had to be out of town a lot. Karine went out of her way to figure out ways for me to see homes and discuss everything while still being able to provide competitive offers (this was during the insane housing market time mind you). Karine did an excellent job selling my house. There were a lot of issues with the house just to get it into selling conditions. Since I didn't live in town, she handled the inspections, repairs, upgrades, staging, etc. let alone the coordination of all the above. And at the end, she sold the house. Enough said. Karine Isadora, my first impression meeting Karine, very pleasant with a warm greeting and a beautiful smile. Also, someone who represents herself very professional with a business savvy sparkle.

My experience with Karine was amazing! I moved during the quarantine due to a job change and was 400 miles away. Karine was amazing in how she showed me daily properties online, talked over with me the pros and cons, drove to the property and gave me a tour on her phone, looked at the neighborhood and made videos of it! I have found my forever home and I could not have done this without her! She goes the extra mile, the extra 100 miles!, to give you the best service that is possible. My fiancee, Monique, and I bought our first home with the help of Karine. Our experience buying a home for the first time was truly amazing thanks to Karine. Some of the qualities that Karine have that made the experience of buying a home as smooth as possible are:

-Karine is a really ethical agent with a great personality that truly cares about you as a client above any personal interest in the deal.

-Karine is really knowledgeable, and she was able to answer all our questions which helped us to feel more secure during the whole home-buying process.

-Karine did an excellent job identifying and helping us assess our needs for our new home; her experience in real state give her the ability to suggest home features that we were unaware that we need it ;an example wanting to have a dog but we did not know that we might need a patio.

- Karine' s communication skills are amazing.She keeps us up to date with every little thing that came up with the home-buying process. A lot of unexpected thing can happens all the time. Having an agent that communicates well that is good following up and keep you up to date with every little thing is a huge plus.

-Karine really goes above and beyond to get you the best deal possible; from writing the offer letter the must appealing way to the buy, all the way to the negotiation for repairs.

-With the CoVid-19 situation she did an excellent job by coming prepared to all our viewings ( gloves, mask, bleach disinfectant wipes etc.).

We, Monique and I, are really happy to have used Karine Izidoro as our agent, and we cannot say enough good thing about her. If you are buying a house we strongly recommend Karine as your agent.

When we decided to sell our home in Burbank and relocate to San Diego, we knew we needed a realtor who would listen to our needs, look out for our interests, and make the process as seamless as possible.
