I grew up between Virginia Beach and Currituck NC my entire life, never dreamed of moving because the area is where my heart is!! The People are wonderful, food is amazing and the sights are phenomenal!! I graduated from Old dominion University in December of 2006 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, took a pause to have my two beautiful children. I've been helping clients buy and sell their homes since 2016 and enjoy every hiccup and celebrations through the process of course with a little comedy on the side because we all need a good laugh from time to time! Katie is absolutely amazing. She is excellent at her job. She made our home buying process so easy, she helped with everything from start to finish. She is so much fun to work with and very down to earth. She treats you like your her only client while working with her, she is quick to get back to you and stays on top of everything. We loved working with her.

Katie is great at what she does! She is down to earth, realistic and an all-around good person. She truly loves her job and it shows. I have used Katie to list rental property and trust me when I say let a professional do it. Katie had my house rented in less then 24hrs....something I had been trying to do for 3 weeks! Katie will always be my go to agent for anything real estate.
