Kathleen Kragen

Kate Kragen is a commercial real estate broker serving the East Bay area. For the past thirty years she has been a commercial property appraiser, which has provided her with exposure to many different property types and assignments. Her greatest strength is in her ability to analyze and value properties. She enjoys working with people, which is the reason that she turned toward a career in real estate brokerage. As a broker she is able to apply her valuation analytical skills for the benefit of her clients. She has lived in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties, in the San Francisco Bay Area, for over fifty years. Kate prides herself on understanding her clients' goals and knows the importance of providing clear answers to client questions as well as delivering on time.
