We just bought a house a couple months ago through Bleu Pearl and it was the best decision ever. Ken and Terrell were amazing!! Always on point in every step, we are first time buyers and I had tons and tons of questions and they answered every single one. Don’t hesitate to contact them. They will make everything to get you the house you want and will advice you on the properties. Also we were able to get a mind blowing low interest even when we thought we wouldn’t be able to qualify for a loan!! It sounds ridiculously crazy, but these guys make miracles!

Kenyatta Sanders helped me sell my mom's home after she passed away. He did a great job helping me choose the right price to list it for so as to receive multiple offers. He communicated with me often and worked hard to negotiate with potential buyers agents even educating the final buyers agent in how to do the closing documents properly and in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable and professional yet very kind and considerate to his clients needs. I will definitely use Bleu Pearl Realty again when I get ready to buy and finance in the near future.

Ken was amazing. My mom was hospitalized and he even took time to go see her. He didn’t know us from Adam but that is the kind of man he is. Even with everything over with he still calls to see if we have any questions or need anything. If you do not use him, you are getting ripped off. Everything was so smooth.
