Keoni Fursse is CEO & Principal Broker of Kokua Realty, LLC – Maui’s largest full service real estate firm. Keoni is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and leads the Capital Markets Group providing investment sales, structured finance and advisory services to institutional and private client owners. Services include acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, turn-around management, financing, sophisticated financial modeling and consulting, asset/property management, facility maintenance and construction management services and development services. Keoni Fursse is a multi-million dollar producer, brings over 25 years of experience and is a trusted advisor to investors, developers, owners and tenants of commercial and investment properties throughout Hawaii.

Prior to starting Kokua Realty, LLC, Keoni served as a commercial real estate broker for Monroe & Friedlander (Maui, Hawaii), Kidder Mathews (Seattle, Washington) and Block Real Estate Services, LLC (Kansas City, Missouri).
