About: The real estate industry grabbed me by the arm in 1989 and I've been dancing to the tune "Time is of the Essence" ever since. My husband, Michael, and I linked arms down the aisle and have had each others back since 1994. In 1998, we created Moller Realty Group serving Butte, Glenn and Tehama Counties with offices in Chico and Corning. We have real estate and property management experience of 70 years combined. Chico State University, my Alma Mater gave me the knowledge in public relations, advertising and marketing which I use daily in my service to my clients in sales and acquisition transactions. Having a family of 6 children and 15 grandchildren is truly a blessing and keeps me dancing. A native born Northern Californian and proud of it. Activities include many social and philanthropic organizations in Chico as well as the love of our beautiful northern CA great outdoors to explore with family.

The fact that the Moller Realty Group was not part of a "chain" and has a long and successful business in my area was a major factor in selecting them. Over the years I have worked with many realtors and the following is based not only on the service I received from Moller - but as it compared to past real estate sales. I received "white glove" service - thorough walk-throughs of places I was interested in, review of market, structure, purchase price and other considerations. After the home was selected and I put in an offer that was accepted (the first time out-of-the-box), the Moller Group guided me through the entire process: home inspections, local vendors.....the entire process. Solid recommendations based on their experience and vast network of pre-move-in services (housekeeping, painting, etc.) were presented, used and results were outstanding. My only regret: I wish I could get this type of service all the time from every business. I'll just count my blessings that I got what I have come to call Moller's Million Dollar House service.Maureen BerginFinding and understaning the value of a property relative to our needs was a daunting task. Because of our special needs the task was even more demanding. Leslie & Mike were more than up for the marathon 2 year quest that found us the perfect home and property for our animals & us. Leslie was always there for us on short notice to see property or research records about a property. Absolute professionals, they know the market. They took the time to know us and our needs so they could focus on the property and home we required. For most of us oue home is our most inportant purchase in life. Leslie Moller went above and beyond to help me sell my house. She worked long hours and always returned my phone calls in a reasonable time frame and she was proactive in keeping me and the other agent informed with any changes in the business transaction. I was impressed by Leslie's overall performance. If you want something sold or if you want to purchase a property, you can expect that Leslie will do the legwork needed to make the transaction happen. She's an outstanding realtor and outstanding human being with high morals and she works for you. Leslie has been in the realty business for many years and she knows what's she's doing and she makes sure you understand all of the paperwork that is needed to sign and she makes sure that all of the documentation is completed accurately. Another tip would be to make sure you receive a release of all contingencies from your buyers and from the Sellers approving any inspections and repair costs in your purchase BEFORE you pay for an appraisal; that way you won't be out the appraisal fee if anything goes "south" in the transaction.Answered: Sep 10, 2015In all due respect, appeal to your parents of your interest in receiving the crops profit on your portion of the land with a serious plan of action how you will make it a win-win for all parties. Not knowing details about your situation, having a mediator to discuss the issue with your parents is wise. Crop harvesting profits are a crucial consideration in any farm/ranch/orchard purchase and specific written terms are included in writing at the time of acquisition. If this didn't happen then now is a good time to roll up your sleeves and put your words into action showing your desire to phsycially and/or financially join the team. Parents love their children and are wise about their intentions and abilities. So earn their respect; work for it, put it in writing. .
