Lex Pelder brings a unique set of skills to his real estate business, including his expertise in contract negotiation developed during his time as an estimator for a large commercial landscape contractor. He later became co-owner of a landscape company that served restaurants, theaters, and golf courses, and also managed the care of expansive Cape Cod estate properties. His wide-ranging professional experience, combined with a degree in arboriculture and park management, allows Lex to provide sellers with valuable insight and expert advice.

He is passionate about gardening, golf, boating, and spending time with family. Alongside his wife and Realtor partner, Daralyn Duquette, Lex enjoys discovering new waterfront restaurants, exploring nature preserves, learning about residential communities, and visiting their favorite beaches. They also love traveling in their motor home with their two pups, Duke and Maggie, and spending quality time with their four adult children and three grandchildren.
