About Linda

Work is what I enjoy! Helping families find their dream home, sell their current home or assist seniors with the decisions to stay at home, downsize or transition to independent/assisted living. This is my passion and one that I take pride in being a consistent top producing agent in Cherokee County. From beginning to end and after the transaction I will be there to assist you. I value each and every relationship and have gained many great friendships over the years. I am known for my consistent energy, attention to detail, communication & negotiating with my client’s best interest at heart. I believe that all buyers/seller should be educated about the ever changing process. I am completely open and honest even if it means telling clients things they don’t want to hear. I am always available…. days, nights & weekends. Avid believer in giving to my community. I have been involved with the Alzheimer’s Association on the committee for the Memory Walk/Walk to Remember for 6 years. I am currently a committee member for fundraising with the Cherokee County Volunteer Aging Council since 2012. A true animal lover at heart, I have rescued, spayed/neutered over 200 cats, was a charter board member for S.P.A.R.E. and involved with the Cherokee County SNAP Program. Currently serving as Secretary for our community/VCCI on Lake Allatoona. Member of the Culture Committee at KW and proud supporter of Red Day. I love being outdoors especially in the summer you will find me on biking trails, hiking, hanging out at the lake and enjoying my family at the pool. I live in Woodstock with my best friend, my husband, Ken St.Clair, who is a Loan Officer with Silverton Mortgage and a valuable member of my team. We enjoy spending time with our three children and 3 grandchildren. Lender: Ken St. Clair Even with 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I still feel like I learn something from every client that I serve. Everyone’s needs are different and if I’m not taking the time to have the important conversations, asking the right questions and offering the alternatives, then I don’t feel that I’m doing my job. For me personally, whether I’m buying a house, a car or a lawnmower, I research the heck out of it, I budget for it, and when the time is right I pull the trigger. I try to be that kind of mortgage resource for my clients when they are buying a house. I present them with all the options, educate them on the process, and give them the tools to make the best decision. Then we run with it and stay in touch every step of the way. I make myself available on nights and weekends so when my clients need me, they know they can always reach out because talking about your personal financial needs is not always something you can do in your workplace. If you’re ready to have a conversation about buying a house, now is a good time. My wife is a realtor, so talking shop at dinner is pretty much the norm. I have a son living in New York, two daughters living in the Atlanta area and three grandchildren living close by. My family is my happy place.
