Livia, Lynn and Team Marshall were a pleasure to work with and set us up to receive top dollar for our home.
We started working with Team Marshall about 2 years before our intended sale date. They helped us identify and complete changes that added value to our home. They have an exhaustive list of professionals. Their referral helped us get priority service in a timely manner.
The listing process proceeded smoothly. They were always available to host Open House Days and were diligent in obtaining helpful feedback from our visitors.
Livia excelled in the final stages of the sale. When we received our first offer she informed another realtor who's client had shown interest in our home. Before the end of the day we received a second offer, significantly improving our negotiating position. Livia lined up the required inspections and all the remediation work getting us to closing almost as quickly as we could pack.
