Lourdes was very helpful in navigating through a new-to-me market (I was from out of state), and a very hot market where houses were selling within one day. She tirelessly drove me around to see numerous homes in the week I was in town to conduct my search, and gave invaluable advice on how to structure the offer once I found a house I liked and how to negotiate in a market with multiple offers made within a couple of days.
And her help didn't stop once I had a contract on our house. She gave me utilities listings to contact and referrals for other desired services (lawn and pool maintenance, etc.). It made the entire transition so smooth! I highly recommend Loudes for your realtor.
