I really can’t sing enough of Louvensky’s praises. I lived on the other side of the world when we first started working together and from day 1 he put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable putting my trust in hm. He’s the hardest most dedicated real estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who inquired. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to get you exactly what you ask for and doesn’t hesitate to do his very best to find what you’re looking for. It was super difficult living in one state while trying to buy a house in another but he never stopped looking until he found the perfect house for me. In December we had our initial meeting with Louvensky. As first time homebuyers we weren't exactly sure what to expect. But LG stepped us through the process and answered all of our questions with patience and ease. In January we began our search. LG was sending us daily emails of potential homes that met our checklist and we were touring homes every week. He was always ready to answer our questions and kept regular contact with us to ensure we felt prepared. In less than a month we had an accepted offer on our dream home!
