In my experience as a Orange County real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs and desires.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and methods of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Martha's passion for Real Estate started in 2000 when she was hired on with as beginning loan office in Newport Beach, working closely with Borrowers of every aspect. She realized that one of the most important factors of buying or building a home was obtaining a mortgage and gained knowledge by becoming more involved with the loan processor and in just a couple months, decided to further her education & career by obtaining her Real Estate License where we could create more value to her business. After developing her skills and creating a balance for both roles, she was recognized 5 years in a row as the Top Producer in office.

In 2008, as a result of the Mortgage Crisis Melt Down, Martha move to focus on the Real Estate Sales side of the transaction. It was an easy transition as she has excellent customer service skills and an excellent foundation of mortgage lending she has one up on most agents.

As the short sales became the "norm" she assembled an excellent team to handle her short sales, of which they were very successful and closed many short sales with a large number of happy, be it may they are now ex-homeowners, but they are now well prepared for the future to buy again.

She is also a successful business owner operating a paralegal firm, assisting many homeowners retain their property or remain in it after the foreclosure, not to mention the other legal practice areas that she and her staff offer.

In addition to her primary career Martha is also a Certified Paralegal and Certified Tax Preparer plus she is bilingual (English-Spanish) Not to mention married for 17 years and a mom of 5 children and 4 grand-children! and let's not forget Samantha the basset hound.
