Honestly, I was very satisfied with Megan. We started out a little rough (miscommunication on my part), but once we discussed it she was more than happy to accommodate. Very patient with the numerous viewings I asked for and very consistent with drawing up offers promptly. I had a very specific budget in mind and was pretty picky about what I needed to have in a home. I'm happy to say I did not have to compromise on either. If you're looking for an agent that will make sure you have what you need days, nights or weekend; Megan's your gal!
