Melanie Hovland

A Naples native with extensive real estate experience, Melanie has been a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors since 1997 and specializes in mortgage banking, real estate accounting, commercial property management and brokering.

Melanie’s financial knowledge is expansive. From her work as a loan officer for the largest Florida real estate developer through to real estate agent and then on to Broker Associate, she is a seasoned professional in the industry with firsthand local knowledge.

Born and raised in Naples, Melanie is a graduate of Walnut Hill School of the Performing Arts as well as the University of South Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance. A mother of two, Melanie’s tenure in the mortgage industry assisted in the realization that her true passion was working with people in the purchase or sale of residential property in her beloved hometown.

She possesses local knowledge, provides outstanding customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is an honest and skilled negotiator.
