2020 housing market was crazy! However, with Melissa it was a rewarding and fun adventure! She was patient, persistent, reliable and always willing to go above and beyond for us to schedule a viewing or write up an offer. She worked around the clock to answer our questions as if we were her only clients. It was a rough road at times, losing bidding wars on multiple houses we loved. Melissa’s friendly uplifting personality always made us feel at ease. Compassionate, empathetic, but a straight shooter when she needed to be. Our 9 month journey culminated with my fiancé and I buying land to build our dream house. This wasn’t your standard transaction and thus had a lot of moving parts. Multiple agents, multiple lenders, and an anxious seller. With Melissa ‘s outstanding communication and organizational skills, we were able to get the deal done in 30 days. It was a real blessing to have her as our agent and we are truly grateful.

PS: I just want to reiterate that Melissa’s communication was absolutely excellent!

Having Melissa as our selling agent was a blessing and pleasure. We have bought and sold many homes in the past and know the importance of having someone experienced, knowledgeable, affable, trustworthy, and tough when needed during this ever-changing housing market. She handled every aspect of our home sale like a pro, from the beginning to the closing of escrow. She is kind and an excellent listener and communicator. Melissa spared no expense in marketing our home; photography, video, brochures, and open houses were spectacular. Our home sold in 18 days with multiple offers during the height of this pandemic. Melissa is hands down THE BEST! She helped us sell and buy our new forever home. Melissa is knowledgable, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency. For a while, I had thoughts of buying and over the years I have watched many of my friends get their realtor license but for some reason, I pulled to Melissa. Her energy is refreshing, enthusiastic and she wastes NO time. As soon as I started discussing future plans with Melissa, she immediately got the ball rolling even though she knew I wasn’t quite prepared rather preparing for the future and she had my best interest at heart so she got me in contact immediately with a lender to get an idea of what I need to get where and what I want! Honestly, Melissa did all the heavy lifting and made my first time buying a home a really fun and exciting experience. She would always send me new options and take me to ever since home I was interested in no matter the distance. If I had questions and if she couldn’t answer them (which was rare), she’d always get an answer within an hour or less. Melissa is so kind hearted but is ready to be a bulldog if she needs to when it come to negotiating. I was so worried buying a home would be so stressful but honestly, she made it so pleasant. To top it all off, I was greeted and gifted by her when I finally got the keys! I referred Melissa to my sister and now she’s working and helping her and she too, is beyond happy. My parents are even impressed with her work ethic and in the future will also be using her. Melissa is amazing and beyond her knowledge in the field, her energy is none other I have seen which just made the experience that much more pleasant. You’d be doing yourself a huge favor if you allowed Melissa to be your realtor! I promise you!
