I have been selling real estate for 22 years. I came from the marketing and promotions field, where I was directly involved in various consumer marketing projects including a few in real estate.
After becoming a Realtor, I was able to gain a reputation quickly for selling homes that other agents couldn't and/or wouldn't. I sold many homes that other agents had attempted to sell for six months to a year and even longer, and in some cases I sold them for over the asking price.
I put into practice that every home and home seller's situation is unique, and that "One size does not fit all", and it all starts with taking the extra time upfront to understand my client's needs, and their objectives.
Then, I methodically piece together the most effective marketing plan for their home, selecting from the highest quality and most appropriate tools and strategies, and utilizing only "Best Industry Practices". Over the years, I have conducted over 35 Home Buyer Workshops to help prepare and educate home buyers on how the process works and what options they have available to them. I take whatever time is necessary with them upfront, so they become comfortable with their options and understand the process better. My buyers as a result are among the most educated as we enter the marketplace together looking at homes.
For my Investors I provide them a unique monthly round table forum, where they can learn, share, network, and get the help they need to grow their real estate investment businesses. I also purchase auction and foreclosure lists so they can find properties not listed directly on the MLS.
