Michael Gage

Michael Gage is a 12 year veteran who specializes in commercial sales, retail and office leasing, land acquisitions and development.
Michael is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Michael also played high school and collegiate baseball which he believes instilled in him the self discipline and strong work ethic which he incorporates into his real estate career.
Prior to joining Zann Commercial Brokerage, Inc., Michael worked with the long standing brokerage out of Pearland, Ardent HARDCASTLE Real Estate.
Michael resides in Pearland, TX near his hometown of Friendswood, TX. He is very involved in his community church and his Faith is very important to him. He is also an avid deer hunter and enjoys the outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and his chocolate lab, Copen.
