Mitchell Gurwicz

Mitchell Gurwicz concentrates on the company's commercial endeavors. Additionally, as a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars, he is also the company's in-house counsel. Mitchell's cumulative experience in land use law, real estate and contracts helps guide the company through the many legal facets which accompany each of their projects.

In addition to his legal duties, Mitchell spends significant time on Commercial Operations and Leasing, Finances, Contracts, Golf Course Operations, and Large Scale Project Development.

Born in Atlantic City, Mitchell follows in the family's established tradition of involvement in the community. Among his professional affiliations, he is a current board member and former president of the Greater Atlantic City Golf Association. His charitable work includes being the current president of the board for Jewish Family Services of Atlantic and Cape May Counties. He has spent many years as a fundraiser and coordinator of several Jewish charities and synagogues. Additionally, Mitchell is involved with one of the region's hospitals as the past chairman and current member of the Shore Medical Center Foundation Board.
